Editing Colours/Fonts

All fonts and colours are set up as Webflow Variables. Head over to Variables page (V) and tweak your away!

Cleaning up your theme / Removing promotional content

To ensure your site looks polished and free from unnecessary content, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Delete Licenses / Changelog pages.
  2. Delete Theme By in the Footer.
Changing Title and Meta Tags
  1. Open Page Settings: Look for the little cog icon associated with your page and click on it to access page settings.
  2. Update Marketing Copy: Navigate to the tags and meta description areas. Delete any pre-existing marketing copy and input your own unique title and meta description to better reflect your site’s content and enhance SEO.
Using the Starter Page for New Pages
  1. Locate the Starter Page: Find the Starter page within your template. This page contains all global components essential for maintaining consistency across your site.
  2. Create New Pages: Use the starter page as a foundation for any new pages by copying and pasting sections from other pages into it. Alternatively, you can duplicate existing pages to use as a basis for new ones. Both methods are effective in ensuring design and functional consistency throughout your site.

Overlay Menu
  1. Double click on your Site Nav component on the page to enter the edit mode
  2. Select Overlay Menu element and set Display to Flex in the Styles panel
  3. Add/Remove/Edit your links
  4. Once you’re done Overlay Menu element and set its Display to None

As it’s a Component the changes will reflect across all pages the element is used on

Site Nav Logo
  1. Navigate to the Site Navigation Component: Click on the site navigation component at the top of your page.
  2. Select Your Logos: Choose two versions of your logo - one in black and one in white. Since the overlay menu has a dark background, you’ll need an inverted color logo to ensure it's visible when the overlay menu is activated.
  3. Implement Logos: Upload your standard logo for the main site and the inverted logo for use when the overlay menu is open to maintain visibility and branding consistency.
